Role : Systems Analyst

Job Requirement :
- Involved in requirement gathering/analysis, Design, Development, Testing, UAT and Production rollover of Data warehouse, Reporting and Analysis projects.
- Design and Develop Business Intelligence applications using SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Experience with Data Extraction, Transformation and loading using ETL tools like SSIS and created reports using SSRS, Indepth knowledge of industry standard ETL and BI tools.
- Capable of solving extremely complex business problems and trouble shooting and performance tunings.
- Created interactive dashboards by combining views in Tableau Desktop that was presented to Business Users, Engagement Managers, and Senior Executives
Position Requirements : Position requires Four years of work experience in any position/title providing experience with the skills listed in the special requirements
Special Requirements : Qualifying experience must include experience with SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and ORACLE. Position requires travel/relocation to various client locations throughout the U.S with expenses paid by the employer.

Job Requirement :
- Analyze Business Requirement in terms of ETL data rules

Job Description
Job Title : Guide Ware Developer
Location : Costa Mesa, CA
- Analyze, design and develop the story cards and configure the screens for various jobs (Submission, Policy Change, Rewrite, Renewal, Cancellation) for Commercial lines of business.
- Provide support to the ACSC team for the production implementation of Release of Guidewire Claim Center and Contact Manager.
- Design and develop new workflow for creating and assigning/reassigning of activities associated with customized subrogation process with Auto, Manual and Activity steps & associated business logic.
- Design custom function libraries and custom PCF files in Guidewire Studio into separate modules so as to improve performance and reduce conflicts in upgrade to newer versions.
- Create design documents for various configuration functionalities implementing variety of UML diagrams such as Class, Sequence and Collaboration diagrams.
- Work with AAA team on creating new Business Rules in Assignment (Assigning claims, Exposures, Activities and matters in claim center), Segmentation of Claims/Exposures, and Validation rules pertaining to many entities in Claim Center.
- Update data model configuration adding new fields to the existing entities, creating new entities, modifying type lists and adding new type lists, type filters and key filters.
- Conduct regular Code Reviews to give valuable design and implementation suggestions to ACSC team.
- Participate in work product reviews in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
